Deliveries are made between 8:30 AM & 6:00 PM and require a signature.
Please make sure somebody is available at your business premises to sign for deliveries during this time. It will be your responsibility to inform us of a failed delivery. We cannot guarantee any day or time of delivery neither can we guarantee that all your order will arrive at the same time. If any part of your order gets lost or damaged we will replace it as soon as we have been informed.
Mainland UK including Isle of Man & Isle of Wight
Your Order will be dispatched within 24 hours and delivered within 3 working days.
(telephone orders may take longer. Orders placed Fridays will be dispatched Monday*)
Orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched Monday.
If your order has not arrived within 3 working days you must inform us so we can track it.
Lost or damaged items will be re-sent within 24 hours

Pallet & half pallet orders
Orders of 750kg and over will require a forklift on delivery.(over 107 bottles of syrup)
Where there is no forklift available the pallet will need to be split at a cost of £35 per order.
On checkout please select the correct option to avoid delays.
Important information regarding delivery of bulk or large orders.
Large orders and pallets are sent via a pallet network via our third party carriers.
All pallets are sent on an AM delivery so should arrive by 12 noon.
This is normally carried out by a lorry with a tail lift. Delivery is complete when the pallet is off the tail lift.
The delivery driver is not obliged to break the pallet down or help to move the goods into your shop.
