DELIVERY
At Us 4 Slush, our aim is always to get your order to your door as quickly as possible. For that reason we offer EXPRESS next working day delivery to the UK Zone 1 region for all orders placed and paid for by Midday, Monday to Friday. Zone 2 or 3 postcodes may incur extra delivery costs and we cannot guarantee next delivery within these Zones.

To ensure the safe and cost effective delivery of your goods, we use a mixture of courier services; namely APC and The Pallet Network, depending on the goods you order. All slush machines, and syrup orders of 80+ bottles, will be shipped on a pallet. Delivery will be made by HGV as a kerbside delivery only; the drivers are not insured to unload the pallet into the premesis. If there are any access issues (timed access, no parking, narrow street etc) please let us know. Failure to do so may result in a failed delivery, which will incur a re-delivery charge.
We can provide a tracking reference number on request.
Deliveries are made between 8.30am & 6.00pm and will require a signature. We cannot confirm a specific delivery time.
Returns
At Us 4 Slush we always set the bar high by supplying the finest quality products and always supply the genuine parts supplied by the manufacturer. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase Us 4 Slush will accept returns or cancellation of orders either in whole or in part within 14 days of receipt of the goods, but only if prior authorisation has been approved as part of the contract and has been communicated in writing to that effect on headed paper. To obtain authorisation for a return, please contact Customer Services on 01202 798100.
Us 4 Slush reserves the right not to accept returns unless reasonable grounds for rejecting the goods are provided.
Goods must be returned to Us 4 Slush in their original condition, along with the relevant dispatch note and returns number in order for the Customer to be eligible for any refund. Returned goods will incur a 25% restocking fee.
The Customer must bear all the costs of returning any Goods to Us 4 Slush.

Refunds will be made within 14 days minus shipping cost of £7.50 per packet sent, £12.50 per box sent or £80.00 per pallet.
In the event that faulty goods have been supplied Us 4 Slush reserves the right to repair or replace the goods at our discretion.
Us 4 Slush do not accept returns on commercial slush equipment.
